Bastard. I don't think we'll ever get rid of these guys. It seems like every successful new internet communication medium we get is soon populated with spammers, there is simply too much dirty money to be made.
There is also a lot of honest money to be made by those who can filter out the spammers. It's an arms-race and those that will profit will be the ones who can out-maneuver the other side.

Its a freaking racket! Google's results now resemble the who's who of a wall of shame! I remember the days when typing in a query would yield amazing relevance and bragging to my friends about what a great "little" new search engine has come about! Now the web is a heap of junk mail!!!
