I saw this picture on Yahoo News today. The woman looked suspiciously like the pregnant woman who was heckled by Triumph the Insult Comic Dog during the last Star Wars premier.
A quick Google, and I found this article from 2002, which confirms it's the same woman. Undeniable proof that some Star War geeks do have sex, multiple times even.
I also found the 2002 video of Triumph insulting the geeks, which is absolutely hilarious.

He went too far. Mocking the reproductive abilities and prospects of a targeted group of people? These people breathe the same air we breathe. They watch The Simpsons just like you do. When they celebrate Star Wars, they celebrate diversity itself; this world is just one big Cantina. Let's not destroy each other, cut each other down like this please.

It's Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. It's what he does, he insults people. It's a joke, you aren't supposed to take it seriously.

Hey look I don't care, if it's Mohammed, The Bruce AhLee, he needed to be restrained and put to sleep. Oh you aren't supposed to take it seriously- but just take it all the same and accept it? It's discrimination and harassment. I don't care if you're Bill Clinton- take your cigars, and crude insults away from any pregnant woman's birth canal.
