Dabble DB
Dabble DB is a web based database development system targeting non-programmers. They're not sharing much in the way of technical details yet, but it looks interesting. Here's a glowing review of it at TechCrunch.

From what I understand, it is something like Lotus Agenda implemented as a web app, built using the Seaside continuations framework (designed to make up for some lacking features in WebObjects), and that framework is build on Smalltalk (Seaside). Looks like a whole bunch of great ideas making a comeback.
