Volunteer wanted
I'm just a few weeks from a public alpha release of CouchDb. As such, I like to actually create a proper project website, but I don't have the time to do it myself right now.
I already have the domains, but I'd like someone to create the site with all the stuff a project site should have, and maybe also keep it running. Nothing too fancy is needed, but this is certainly a fair amount of work.
If you are interested in being the CouchDb project webmaster let me know.
Update:
Thanks everyone who offered to help. The project Webmaster will be William Beh. I think we'll have a new site ready in just few weeks. More later...

Unfortunately I am not a webdesigner, but if you wanna have trac ( http://www.edgewall.com/trac/ ) for Project management and connect it to your SVN repository, I could help to set that up (never done that before, but at least that I could easily figure out how to do) and maintain it.

Will you be in need of hosting services or do you have that all lined up? And do you want the site to be straight HTML or can it be Domino based? Depending on the amount of work, I might be able to lend a hand.

Ain't there a CMS for CouchDB around?

I'd sign on for CSS and design should you have a need. I follow your site via former co-workers N.B. and B.C. URLs upon request. Boston based.

Fancy a Joomla! based site? I would be happy to set up a domain sharing my server at http://www.astoryforbedtime.com I am the same Alan Bell who blogs at http://www.dominux.co.uk the blog is hosted on the end of an ADSL line, but the story for bedtime server has lots of bandwidth. I think Joomla! would be a good selection for you as there are lots of modules that can be plugged in such as file repositories and discussion areas. Have a look at my site, and look round at other Joomla! sites to see the sort of things they do.
